She finds great joy in connecting people to resources & communities that enrich and bring deeper fulfillment to their lives.

Moni is a fun-loving & thought-provoking public speaker, women’s empowerment fanatic, community builder, and event curator, known for her dedication to gathering, connecting & uplifting women.
 
As the owner of Evolve with Moni LLC – a social & self-development business – and the Founder of the R.A.R.E. Women’s Empowerment Community, she focuses on positivity, purpose, friendship, and community as essential pillars of a woman’s overall well-being.
 

Through her public speaking, events, & community Moni creates spaces where women can authentically belong, evolve, and be inspired to fulfill all of their personal & professional goals.

She is fully dedicated to this work because she firmly believes in her business motto, Happier Women = Happier World.
 
Founder of many different connecting communities & non-profits, such as The Xcel Young Adults Ministry, The Oasis Single Sailors Program, The Bellevue High-Risers Networking Group & The Eastside SheTribe of Reliable Friends, Moni has over 25 years of experience in community building & engagement, leadership & mentorship, coaching & advising, event planning & facilitation, strategic planning, public speaking, emotional intelligence & relationship building.
