As the owner of Evolve with Moni LLC – a social growth & self-development business – and the Founder of the R.A.R.E. Women’s Empowerment Community, she focuses on positivity, purpose, friendship, and community as essential pillars of a woman’s overall well-being.
Through her public speaking, events, & community Moni creates spaces where women can authentically belong, evolve, and be inspired to fulfill all of their personal & professional goals.

Women’s Empowerment Community, Moni has over 25 years of experience in community building, social engagement, leadership, mentorship, coaching, advising, event planning & facilitation, strategic planning, public speaking, & relationship building.
